We have a position available for a Project Manager: Operations and Efficiency in the Klerksdorp area

To qualify for this position, you will require: Minimum of 5 years project management experience, preferably in the agricultural or grain industry. Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be beneficial. Knowledge of agricultural practices and grain industry regulations.

The duties expected of the successful applicant are as follows but not limited to: Ensure project management standards and processes are implemented and maintained to support successful project delivery. Advise and assist management, act as the primary contact for project development, installation, and measurement. Report all communication and feedback to corporate management. Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders. Management of all contract and contractor involvement in projects. Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and budgets. Align project reporting with key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the industry, ensuring that reports provide insights into critical success factors. Ensure adherence to agricultural and safety regulations throughout project execution. Ensure regulatory compliance in projects. Ensure that safety protocols and emergency procedures are in place and understood by the team. Liaise with regulatory authorities and agencies to obtain permits and approvals.

Basic Salary on offer ranges from R 52 000.00 to R 60 000.00 with benefits to be discussed.
