SITE AGENT

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:

- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities related to the streetlighting project.
- Ensure the project is executed as per the agreed schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Liaise with the project manager and other stakeholders to update on the project's progress and address any issues.

**2. Team Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction team including contractors, engineers, and laborers.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to site personnel as necessary.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, local authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, provide updates, and address any concerns or queries from stakeholders.

**4. Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring that any identified risks are mitigated promptly.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used in the project. Coordinate with quality control teams and implement corrective actions when required.

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate site diaries, logbooks, and other project related documents.
- Submit regular progress reports to the higher management.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Requirements SACPCMP as PrCM or ECSA as PrEng or PrTechEng: Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 10 Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in streetlighting or similar construction projects. Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: R45,000.00 - R60,000.00 per month
