**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Matric

2. And 1 year experience in funeral sales

**REQUIRED**:

1. Excited and motivated individual who is a self-starter

2. Strong negotiating/ persuasive and selling skills.

3. Be well-groomed and presentable.

4. Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.

5. Be fully bilingual

6. Good communication skills (verbal and written)

7. Professionalism

8. Results oriented & deadline driven

9. Ability to work very well under pressure

10.Computer literacy

11.Good administration

12.Excellent Presentation skills

13.Problem solving & a decision maker

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Recruit agents

2. Train agents to seek clients and write up / submit quality business and Adhere to FSCA requirements.

3. Identify fraud and route it out of agents

4. Source working areas that will result in high sales

5. Maintain and grow a strong client base.

6. Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.

7. Participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives

8. Compiling monthly planner update weekly with stats reports for sales.

9. Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values.

**Salary**: R2,500.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
