**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Welcoming of all visitors
- Answering phone calls and giving messages to relevant personnel
- Data processing
- Diesel consumption control and administration
- Handling orders and monitoring stock levels
- Weekly preparation of wages
- Leave administration
- Sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail and/or deliveries
- Typing memos, letters and additional documentations
- Filling & handling general administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 3-4 years' experience in an Administrative position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
- Must have good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Tertiary education will be advantageous

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
