Maintenance Administrator

**We are a multifaceted Property Maintenance business based in London. We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Administrator to work UK hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.**
The role will involve assisting with the scheduling of our incoming works orders. You will be working closely with the Scheduler/Operations Manager and will be required to input the works order information into the system, liaising and updating our clients on their work requests and issuing job completion cards and invoices.
The role will specifically require you to follow a process and structure on our management software system to ensure the scheduling of the jobs is completed accurately and efficiently. Training will be provided on how to use the software system however, experience in using CRM software is advantageous. A key aspect of the business is ensuring that the property managers / landlords that we receive the works order from are updated and excellent communication is imperative.
Alongside this, we will require the individual to assist with our own in-house portfolio of rental properties, by liaising and responding to tenant issues / repairs and scheduling these works into the system.
As well as being in communication with our Scheduler and Operations Manager, there will be daily team meetings focusing on the different aspects of the business to update the management team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Inputting the work order information in the CRM software system.
- Liaising with tenants relating to issues and repairs and inputting the requests onto the system.
- Promptly issuing job completion cards to customers along with invoices.
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and professional manner.
- _Strong_ Microsoft Outlook / Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and meet deadlines.
- This is a fully remote position and you will require a reliable home working space, with a PC/Laptop, sufficient internet connection and power backup.
The recruitment process will consist of a video call with the Management Team.
