**Position Purpose**:
As a Brand Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional initiatives aligned with sales, marketing, hospitality and our brand home. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing industry functions, consumer and trade shows, and other events to showcase our brand within the DTC and B2B segments. You will provide top-tier client service, inclusive of being able to negotiate within the luxury segment of the on-consumption environment, co-create captivating content, and cultivate relationships to drive business growth. Additionally, you will oversee our wine club, focusing on providing exceptional offerings and increasing memberships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor content to various audiences.
- Confident presenter with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Open mindset and observant nature with agility in problem-solving.
- Passion for wine and understanding of its cultural significance.
- Commercial acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Commerce 7 is advantageous.
- Brand management qualification is desirable.
- Deep understanding of brand essence and value.
- Own transport.

**Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning and Execution**:

- Plan (when required) and execute activations at industry functions, consumer, and trade shows.
- Present at and operate the table or booth during events.
- Contribute to shaping new business and aid in growing existing business through events.

**Client Service and Content Creation**:

- Provide top-tier client service and deliver informative, accurate content representing Warwick Wine Estate.
- Co-create content and collateral to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Relationship Building and Business Development**:

- Cultivate relationships with high-end restaurants and hotels, as well as key private customers, contributing to shaping new business (DTC and B2B)
- Explore and uncover requirements to enable successful activations.
- Provide market observations, insights, and consumer feedback from events.

**Brand Exposure and Marketing**:

- Contribute to the creative conversation to further elevate Warwick’s brand exposure.
- Identify opportunities for impactful campaigns and events to increase brand exposure.

**Wine Club Management**:

- Manage Club Warwick’s inner circle, ensuring a concierge approach to planning and execution.
- Quantitatively and qualitatively report on each edition of Club Warwick.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate wine competitions and award submissions.
