**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment
- Facilitating and overseeing a smooth onboarding process with all new hires
- Coordinate and run with Induction for all new hires
- Preparing employment contracts

Business partnering
- Guide and support line managers with suitable tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people ie: advise on; performance management, absenteeism, and internal policies and procedures.
- Supports line management in building high performance teams

Seta / Learning & Development
- Facilitate the administrative function behind all Skills programs with the relative SETA
- Assist L&D department with any training initiatives

IR Support
- Guide and Support line managers by advising on IR related concerns, i.e., misconduct, incapacity, grievances, and all other employee-relations matters.
- Update IR reports
- Overall support in planning for disciplinary enquiries (booking of chairpersons, assisting with investigations, assisting with preparation of documents)

Data management and reporting
- Maintain a high level of accuracy for all employee personnel records and Internal HR Database
- Data management: regular maintenance of HR data to ensure timeous reporting on HR analytics
- Up to date management of HR library on SharePoint
- Facilitate the offboarding process
- Monthly reporting on all HR analytics
- Assist in preparation of Manco and Board packs
- Upload and communicate all staff changes through to payroll

Other
- Support the rollout of new HR initiatives or programs as and when required
- Setting up of quarterly EE meetings
- Preparing meeting minutes
- Assist in maintaining up to date records and management of Foreign nationals work permits and communicate risk

Qualifications and Additional Information:
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Tertiary Qualification in HR
- Min of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- MS Office - Intermediate level
- Knowledge and understanding of basic labour legislation
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Previous CCMA experience
