**Job Description**:
Purpose of the Role:

- Drives the execution of all IMETA Transformation Initiatives by navigating the complexity of intersecting workstreams, multiple stakeholders and complicated data dependencies to effectively capture the value, and continuously fill the pipeline and embed our new ways of working, including driving required capability building.
- This includes driving, coordinating, supporting and delivering on the digitally-enabled transformation agenda, e.g. identifying opportunities and building cases, best-practice sharing/adoption, global tools/practice roll-out, ensuring functional/expert support, alignment across the region etc.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferably Honours or Masters)
- More than 5 years' experience in a senior-level PMO role, ideally within a similar/related industry (FMCG/Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex, global transformative projects within a bi-model delivery environment (i.e. both waterfall and agile methodologies)
- At least 3 years in a Leadership position, managing a team
- Experience in diverse multi-cultural, matrix corporate cultures

Key Accountabilities:
Stakeholder engagement, change management & communication

Ensure stakeholders are identified, engaged, and supported effectively through the changes driven by the portfolio.
- Ensure early alignment between markets and delivery leads, creating a clear connection between the value pools, use cases and plans for execution and value capture
- Bring impacted stakeholders on the change journey to ensure the well-executed portfolio delivers the desired business outcomes
- Lead on any issue resolution required across the portfolio
- Identify maturity gaps and provide best practice coaching/training across the programme

Support delivery across initiatives

Play a crucial role in ensuring the potential value is realised across workstream leads and initiative owners.
- Help to drive speed and agility in decision-making, identifying areas to eliminate duplicative work, remove barriers to progress, and accelerate stronger integration across business units and functions
- Provide hands-on delivery support within specific projects, as required
- Drive delivery and prioritisation of CX improvements through the portfolio/initiatives
- Run/head the regional digital community with representatives from the markets and key functions to ensure delivery/progress on digitally enabled solutions/initiatives and adoption of key learnings
- Lead our pipeline filling and pre-/post-mortem routines
- Work with other PMO leads and global TO to understand opportunities to collaborate and learn, and adopt ideas to support the IMETA pipeline (enterprise-wide thinking)

Portfolio planning & governance

Ensure the appropriate governance is in place to support the execution and value capture of the portfolio, driving resource optimisation and alignment across all initiatives.
- Collaborate with Brambles' Transformation Office to outline, design and embed consistent programme governance standards and methodology, ensuring a standard of rigour is in place across all initiatives
- Ensure alignment of the transformation program and initiatives to regional and local strategies through close collaboration with senior stakeholders and drive alignment to Digital and CX agenda/direction
- Support the requirements gathering and development of the overall programme business case and supporting initiative business cases
- Work with initiative owners on the planning and prioritization of individual initiatives (including scheduling, work plans, and resourcing)
- Drive focus and ensure activities are being managed to plan and budget
- Manage dependencies, risk/issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Manage the Weekly TO routines for both value assurance, deep dives and best practice adoption

Tracking and reporting value capture

Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, value capture and benefits realisation.
