The Group Office provides strategic direction and support to the four clusters, assisting them in realising their strategies and meeting their business objectives. The Group Office is responsible for governance and for the Group's centralised functions, which include: Finance, Actuarial and Risk Management, Strategy, Human Resources, Market Development and Brand Services.
What will you do?
Be the central support to business for the annual performance and goals as well as succession and development processes. Logging and managing of system change requests through the Sanlam Group COE following the standard systems development life cycle governed by Sanlam Group Technology CAB process. Performing a Business Analyst role by compiling of functional business specifications for all system changes. Performing of User Acceptance Testing on all system changes and Success Factors bi-annual release upgrades before deployed to the production environment and executing on various reporting requirements from Success Factors and Power BI as requested from business. Performance Management and Goal Management
Manually import Competency goal each month to new joiners and to those employees who deleted the goal
Updating of Annual Year-end Performance review template and launch the form to the target audience
Add the Year-end Performance review to the Performance report story
Execute on the Success Factors Release Upgrade Opt-ins as agreed with the Success Factors Business Owner

Succession and Development
Execute Succession reports (talent pools, career development, nominations, successors)
Execute on the Success Factors Release Upgrade Opt-ins as agreed with the Success Factors Business Owner Qualification and Experience
Grade 12 Senior Certificate or relevant Degree
Word, Excel, Power point, SAP HR functionality
Knowledge of company policies and procedures, HR procedures
At least 1 year SAP HR Functionality in Training and Development module
At least 5 years’ experience within an HR and SAP environment Knowledge and Skills SAP process design Reporting and administration Quality, compliance and accreditation Business Requirements definition SAP Technologies Personal Attributes
