Maintenance Supervisor

NDC Personnel & Contractors is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced **Maintenance Supervisor** to lead an **FMCG** manufacturing support team in the **Western Cape**

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll direct, plan, and co-ordinate all engineering activities within the plant, working with other departments and service providers to minimise downtime and optimise production. You’ll oversee workplace team development and support, assigning tasks and ensuring follow-up. Maintaining audit-ready standards and enforcing H&S protocols across all departments is essential. Developing and executing preventative maintenance strategies to maximise equipment performance will form part of your duties, as will assisting in process improvement projects and troubleshooting mechanical equipment is necessary. You’ll manage contractors and prioritise repair and maintenance tasks.

We need a Maintenance Supervisor with a mechanical or electrical Trade Test (Electrician or Millwright) and at least 5 years’ experience in an FMCG food manufacturing environment. Experience leading a technical team as well strong electrical and mechanical experience (refrigeration would be an advantage).
