**Position Summary**
- Assess hiring needs per region based on customer supplied metrics, current staff resignations etc. and successfully fill job openings in a timely manner.
- Drive process efficiencies and create systems to track applicants.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide weekly recruiting status and metrics reports to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, plus at least 3 to 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
- The ability to interact with managers at all levels in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism.
- Experience using a wide variety of recruiting tools and resources including Internet recruiting, employee referrals, social networks, youth portals, advertisements, etc.
- Knowledge of South African Labour Laws and Legislation.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong Internet recruiting experience is necessary.
- Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency, working independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to conduct mass recruitment in a timely manner.
