Our client who is a well-established agnostic LTE provider, offering their clients access to an expansive ever-growing national mobile footprint, is seeking an experienced Network Operations Analyst with proven experience in the Internet Service Provider environment.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12.
- At least 3+ years' experience in a Support environment.
- Ability to work shifts and weekends when required.
- Understanding of Layer 2 and 3 services.
- A+, N+, MTCNA (Mikrotik).
- Basic systems administration tasks.
- Experience in the installation and set-up of networks, servers, or workstations will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of networking.
- Good understanding of the Information Technology industry.
- Proven technical ability to perform First Line Support to end users within the current IT landscape.
- Ability to identify and understand problems and find suitable solutions.
- Conscious of delivering solutions on time.
- Able to clearly articulate problems and solutions with the technical team on escalation.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- A good understanding of Mikrotik will be an advantage.
- An interest in technology and an appetite to develop and grow.
- Keenness and aptitude for working with a team and alone.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent Telephone Manner.
- Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Good planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Can-do attitude.

**Duties**:

- Monitoring customer networks using approved tools and systems.
- Professionally responding to and resolving/fulfilling all incidents and service requests logged or managed through 2nd and 3rd Line Support tiers.
- Regularly following up on outstanding queries with other entities involved in specific requests.
- Adhering to and complying with all commitments made.
- Recognizing and alerting the Team Leader or Manager of trends in customer calls.
- Providing customers with technical support on the monitoring solutions and services delivered by the company.
- Upskilling yourself to stay up-to-date with products and solutions.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
