**Requirements**:
- Matric (essential).
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a same or similar role.
- Proven strong administration skills and experience.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Takes full ownership / responsibility for tasks.
**Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone calls and redirecting to the required person and taking messages when necessary.
- Welcoming guest and visitors to the building.
- Arranging beverages for guests and visitors.
- Management of all boardroom bookings.
- Ordering of consumables for the office within budget and by set deadline.
- Complete credit and reference checks as required.
- Preparing invoices and statements and sending to clients.
- Complete monthly telephone usage report.
- Updating and sending of daily attendance information and notices of staff birthdays and anniversaries.
- Managing the incentive gift cards as required.
- All reconciliations to be done on time, in the correct format and accurate.
- Assistance with the administration of legal documentation.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Attend all internal and third-party training courses as defined by the company.
- Adhere to all published policies and processes.
- Compliance with all legislation and regulation, including time and attendance, leave administration etc.
- Adoption of an accountability stance for all stakeholder management.
- Build strong ethical working relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Uphold all company values, ethics and promote the company culture.
- Assistance with other job roles when required when colleague on leave etc.
