An organised and dynamic Office Administrator required to join a client that specialises in designing and manufacturing of heat exchangers. Based in Westmead.

The role is required to oversee all administrative tasks and ensuring daily office tasks are completed seamlessly.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid Driver’s license
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft suite, especially Excel and Word)
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Scheduling and planning
- Self-starter

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Basic bookkeeping
- Support month end creditor reconciliations
- Support payroll functions
- Receiving and allocating stock supplies once received
- Receiving and allocating consumables
- Ordering office supplies and consumables
- Typing out reports / compiling data packs
- Managing ISO administration
- Answering telephones and doorbell
- Internal Event Planning
