**Our client in the banking financial services sector seeks**
**an Ecosystem Acquisition Banker to join their team with proven business and commercial banking experience to grow their customer base of existing and potential new business & corporate customers.**

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/diploma in banking, marketing, finance preferable
- FAIS RE certification

**Work Experience**:

- 7 years general banking experience
- minimum 3 years in relationship/acquisition management and credit related environment

***S**kills / Specialized Know How**:

- Credit and general bank operational skills, mining and identifying new potential business bank customers, and follow through the full process end to end to successfully activate the customer.

Responsibilties:
FINANCIAL:

- To proactively engage with the identified potential ecosystem customers to meet the monthly acquisition targets.
- Achieve monthly new transactional accounts, lending, deposits targets.
- Engage, analyze, offer suitable solutions.
- Identify cross and up-selling opportunities and distribute those leads to internal business partners.
- Applicable sales related reporting on a regular basis as required.

RELATIONSHIP AND CLIENT FOCUS:

- Correctly anticipating and interpreting the clients business requirements in order to get them to bank with us, sell right product to the right client and have the ability to close deals.
- Providing relevant timeous solutions to the client through researching the clients business and educating the client on our products
- Proving excellent service that will result in client referrals.
- Take on the role as the initial primary point of contact for the client.
- Continuous face to face and telephonic interaction with clients to pre-empt and proactively address their needs during on boarding.
- Respond speedily to clients queries.
- Ensure efficient handover to the designated relationship manager.

RISK FOCUS
- Ensure all the required onboarding processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to and proper due diligence procedures are followed.
- Successful relationship building with legal, credit, internal bankers, back office and treasury in order to achieve clients needs.

SELF DEVELOPMENT AND CSI
- Keep abreast of compliance requirements
- Knowledge of our banking products and channels
- FICA compliance
