**Primary Role Description**:
As a Market Research Analyst at Mikrodev, you will be pivotal in assessing the feasibility and potential of expanding our RTU/PLC business into new territories. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market research, identifying market trends and customer needs, evaluating the competitive landscape, and understanding regulatory requirements. Your insights will inform our market entry strategy, guiding us in prioritizing target markets and allocating resources effectively.

**Complementary Description**:
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and finance, to align our market assessment with overarching business objectives. Together, we will develop tailored market entry strategies encompassing channel sales models, distribution networks, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Your recommendations, based on thorough market analysis, SWOT assessments, and risk evaluations, will be instrumental in shaping our expansion efforts.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and attention to detail to gather and interpret market data, trends, and insights accurately.
- Leverage your experience in market research, competitive analysis, and market entry strategy development, preferably in the RTU/PLC or related technical industries.
- Demonstrate knowledge of sales channel development, distribution strategies, and partner management to facilitate market entry and expansion.
- Communicate complex information and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders and senior management through excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize proficiency in market research tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite to conduct market assessments and present findings effectively.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, competitive analysis, and market entry strategy development, preferably in the RTU/PLC or related technical industries.
