**HR/Payroll Administrator - Luxury Hospitality Collection - Cape Town**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Administrator to join our clients team in Cape Town.

**Description**:
HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Payroll Management:

- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Stay abreast of tax regulations and ensure compliance with payroll-related legislation.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with any related queries.

Data Management:

- Maintain HR and payroll databases with precision and attention to detail.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance:

- Stay informed about labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR and payroll activities.
- Implement and update HR policies as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience.
