Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Networking:

- Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including

networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, including property buyers, sellers,

landlords, and tenants.

Current Market Analysis:

- Determine market value.
- Create compelling property listings.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential

buyers.
- Provide feedback to seller.

Sales:

- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Provide guidance and advice on market trends, pricing, and property options.Build

and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide client with bond origination pack.
- Follow-up with in-house bond originator

Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving for favorable terms for all parties

involved.

Oversee the entire transaction process, including drafting contracts, coordinating

inspections, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as attorneys, mortgage brokers,

and inspectors, to facilitate a smooth transaction.
