**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- B2B sales, calling customers in the UK who have shown an interest in our product
- Ensure precise product knowledge to recommend suitable packages to customers.
- Request and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable products and ensure upgrades.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Constantly upskill and improve sales strategies to close sales.

**Requirements**:

- 3 months+ telesales experience in call centre (required)
- Experience in telecommunications (preferred)
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
- Neutral English accent
- Matric required

**Remuneration & Benefits**
- R9000 Basic salary + uncapped commission

**Hours**:
UK working hours. Shifts will either be 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm depending on daylight savings in the UK.
