Based in Salt River, Cape Town, this position reports to the HR Manager.

**Responsibilities**: (not limited to)
- Record accurate data and personnel information to maintain a quality HR records management system in relation to the following:

- Coordinate the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Accurate HR records for internal & external audits.
- Support the daily operations of the HR department.
- Coordinate all internal training activities with relevant departments.
- For internal training - secure a meeting venue; arrange refreshments and stationery when necessary.
- Collate all training registers and file for the purpose of reporting.

**Skills required**:

- Fluent in English. (written, reading and speaking) Xhosa speaking an advantage.
- Professional Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Reliable with a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
- Time Management and able to work independently.
- Prioritising and Planning.
- Able to use initiative and multi-task.
- Methodical approach to working under pressure.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Accuracy & Attention to detail.
- Strong numeric ability.
- Sound skills in Microsoft Office.
- Appreciates and understands the need for confidentiality in dealing with all HR functions.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Certificate in Human Resource Management essential.
- At least 1-2 years’ proven HR administration working experience and knowledge within an HR environment, essential.
- Basic understanding of South African labour legislation.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R13,000.00 per month
