Your expertise in A/B testing, user journey planning, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial. You'll possess strong UX skills to analyse customer interaction, dropout points, and conversion rates.

Your ‘day to day’
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical goals for eCRM and website management across all Reduced-Risk Products (RRPs).
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention, enhancing lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Customer Insight & Retention teams for retention strategies.
- Analyse data alongside Marketing and Customer Experience teams to improve operational performance. Design and handle eCRM journeys in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Implement standard methodologies in eCRM and website management for business growth.
- Engage with partners for business requirements and strategies.
- Lead content generation and provide regular performance reports and market insights.
- Flexible planning and execution of eCRM communications for cultivate and retention programs.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to improve engagement metrics.
- Manage workflow processes in marketing/sales cycles with close collaboration across teams.
- Data management for campaign segmentation and consumer insights.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead all aspects of website and landing page optimization for mobile and desktop.
- Collaborate for content creation, funnel mapping, and performance analysis.

Who we’re looking for
- Completed degree in a relevant field
- Project Management certification will advantageous
- Solid working experience within a corporate environment
- 5+ years' experience in website management and development team leadership
- 5+ years' experience in User Experience (UX) on various platforms.
- 3+ years’ people management experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and understanding of SEO optimization techniques.
- Project management skills, with a focus on managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Unbounce, Lead Pages, Optimizely).
- Expertise in CRO and organic search concepts.
- Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
- Experience with audience segmentation and database management.
- Strong problem-solving, creative, and negotiation skills.
- Solid track record in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
