As a Customer Retentions Advisor, you’ll take a consultative retention approach, building trust with our customers through straightforward, open, and honest conversations, getting a real understanding of their needs and how these change over time, you will identify why they are looking to leave us and then create a package that saves them time and money.
**Are you what we are looking for**:
- Working in an outbound contact center role is what you love because you’ve been doing it for a while, and you know you can do it well.
- You’ll be an amazing communicator, able to adapt your approach for different people and have a chat with anyone.
- Because you care about customers, you’ll pay attention to the details and take real pride in doing a great job.
- Working to targets and achieving objectives is one of your passions, you’re driven and motivated and even if you fail you pick yourself back up and turn it into a success.
- You want to learn everything you can to keep building your career, you’ll always be looking for opportunities to increase your knowledge and try something new
- You love working with people, from building great relationships with team mates to providing an amazing service for customers.
**Experience and Skills Required**:
- IT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft (Word, excel PowerPoint)
- The drive and resilience required to support and win in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
- The personal gravitas required to establish credibility with colleagues and customers
- The self-awareness to identify own development needs and the desire to continually improve both self and the team.
- The ability to communicate concisely and confidently.
**What you will need**:
- BPO Retention: 1 year (required)
- International BPO: 1 year (required)
- A basic level of understanding of B2B rententions processes.
- Computer literate with experience of sales CRM, and/or Lead Management systems.
**Qualifications and other requirements**
- Matric certificate (required)
- Industry Experience: Information Technology, Utilities and/or Service provision preferred, but not essential.
