Virtual Marketing Manager/executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Marketing Campaigns**:Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns related to events, partner marketing opportunities, and lead generation activities.
- ** Lead Management**:Oversee the loading and allocation of leads in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- ** Executive Support**: Provide administrative support to the Founder, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- ** Strategic Growth**: Over time, take on more responsibility for marketing strategy and execution, analyzing initiatives for opportunities to improve and grow.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make actionable recommendations.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be a plus.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of lead generation, event marketing, and partner marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Experience providing executive support is a plus.
**Other Requirements**:
- A reliable high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 75-100Mbps)
- A personal laptop or desktop computer, and an external monitor.
- A sufficient backup power supply to manage potential power outages.
- A high-quality headset with a built-in microphone.
- Flexibility to work hours that align with the client's time zone (CST).
