**What will you do?**
- An exciting new opportunity exists in the MiWay Actuarial team- We are continuously looking to enhance the way we quantify risk, price and design our products. Come join the team and be part of the challenge.- Minimum Qualification Required- Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Pure/Applied Mathematics or related field

**Minimum Experience**
- 3 Years experience in short-term insurance, expense analysis or incentives structures

**Deliverables include, but will not be limited to**
- Analyse company expenses in order to gain management insights
- Analyse and recommend initiatives to reduce the expense ratio
- Model expenses to inform office premium pricing
- Drive changes to incentive structures to improve agent productivity and reduce expenses

**Competencies Required**

- Able to tolerate conflict, understanding that not everyone will the changes that may be required
- A solid grasp of SQL, SSAS, Oracle, Python, R, Excel and dashboard software (eg Power BI) would be advantageous

- Able to work alone and in team
