Our client in the Consulting Industry requires the appointment of a
**D365 Senior Solution Architec**t responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions using D365.

This role involves understanding the client's business needs, architecting solutions, and guiding the implementation team to ensure successful delivery

The contract is for a period of Seven (7) months with the following experience:

- Certifications in Dynamics 365 (expert in Solution Architect)

**be responsible and accountable for the full function of the Human**

**Resources (HR) department, which includes but not limited to, recruitment, industrial and employee relations,**

**wellness, performance management, remuneration, learning and development, succession, employee benefits,**

**and all generalist HR Operations and Administration.**
- 5 years experience in D365 as a Solution Architect
- **Dynamics 365 CE Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of D365 CE modules, features, and capabilities, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- **Solution Design**: Proven experience in designing complex D365 CE solutions, considering various factors like scalability, security, and performance.
- **Customization and Development**: Proficiency in customizing D365 CE using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, and C#/.NET development for complex customizations.
- **Data Migration**: Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools for migrating data from various sources to D365 CE.
- **Team Collaboration**: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members, providing technical direction and support.
- **Problem-Solving**: Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
