**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the recruitment process

Maintain accurate and organized HR records, including personnel files, benefits information, and other related documentation.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and its culture.

Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation, training, and development programs.

Aid in employee relations efforts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work environment.

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Support the performance management process, including assisting in the preparation of performance reviews and evaluations.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive and motivated workforce.

Assist in managing employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall HR processes and practices.

Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure the company’s HR policies remain current and effective.

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Basic understanding of South African labour laws and regulations (preferred).

HR internship or relevant work experience (preferred).
