Cape Town, South Africa Lead Capital Group Full time

As the Conversion Senior you will provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of individuals within the
conversion department for the purpose of achieving sales and KPI results. As the conversion senior agent, you will be a
driving force among our sales team. Your ability to work quickly, honestly, and effectively to build relationships with our
agents and clients will set the bar for our other sales agents. You will provide guidance, coaching and motivating sales
agents to meet targets and KPI’s.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE
- Real-time monitoring of the team and performance outputs ensuring performance metrics are met/exceeded.
- Real-time monitoring of calls to ensure the sales process is aligned to protocol and standards and fully optimized to

create maximum sales outputs.
- Motivate, guide, and coach agents daily to improve performance.
- Create coaching SMART plans based on QA feedback and real-time feedback/training.
- Meet sales targets set by the business and drive performance KPI’s.
- Daily shift meetings with the Team to discuss performance results from the previous day and focus areas for the shift.
- Manage the QA process
- Manage staff accordingly during shifts in line with department protocols and procedures.
- Liaise with the Lead Assigner daily on performance, gather data and analyse to ensure maximum performance levels.
- Understand which leads are being assigned to each agent.
- Take over sales calls to close sales.
- Manage team members below standard performance levels and improve performance to company standards.
- Optimize day-to-day performance, and leverage available sources to improve performance, achieve KPIs and help

drive departmental objectives.
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced sales agents and assist in trainings regarding effective sales delivery solutions.
- Achieve consistent sales targets over time, even in periods of change.
- Work quickly to solve sales process issues/performance issues to maintain/improve sales output.

help drive departmental objectives..
