**Employer Description**

A Hospitality/Resort Head Office located in Bryanston.

Job Summary:
Responsible for office and administrative support to the team.

Working hours are 08h30 - 16h30, Monday - Friday at Head Office in Bryanston

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, supporting visitors and staff welfare
- Carry out all administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Finance & Administration team
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff, if required
- Any other duties as requested from time to time by line management

**Qualifications**

Matric - with post matric qualification an advantage.

**Skills**

Key Attributes: Strong communication skills. Attention to detail & a sense of responsibility. Friendly attitude and service orientated. Time management skills. Sound administrative skills. Computer Literacy: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It is a junior position to start with room for growth as we are expanding rapidly. Looking for a friendly, energetic personality with computer and administration skills. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
