Our client is a national leading provider of cutting-edge office automation solutions, specializing in providing innovative technology products and services to businesses of all sizes. Their **Cape Winelands** branch is seeking to increase their sales team with the appointment of an experienced **Office Automation Sales Executive**.

Remuneration: Competitive salary and commission structure, dependent on industry experience

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling office automation solutions or related technology products / services (telecommunications, CCTV, Software and/or Time and Attendance).
- Strong understanding of office automation technologies, including printers, copiers, document management systems, and workflow automation software.
- A reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

Key Performance Areas:

- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand clients' requirements and propose suitable office automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations that address clients' business challenges and objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
