ePETstore, South Africa’s coolest online pet store, is looking for a driven, passionate, Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you'll develop online sales strategies and execute growth initiatives to elevate the customer shopping experience that delights pet owners across S.A.

This role demands a data-driven mindset and innovative approach to optimise performance across multiple channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Enhance website performance and user experience by conducting regular audits, implementing A/B testing strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute ecommerce initiatives and activities to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Craft a clear content strategy with measurable outcomes.Oversight and management of paid media channels, including search and social.
- Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
- Utilise industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
- Analyse data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Monitor & analyse website performance through platforms like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Search Console etc.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of the ecommerce platform, including key performance indicators, sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
- Forecast and report financial results monthly to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop website testing framework to improve conversion rates.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce management.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms.
- Strong affinity for numbers and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional team.
