Internal Sales Administrator

Assist our traveling team of sales representatives with their admin

Processing orders

Order capturing,

Customer queries on orders

Following up on queries

Ensuring Orders are fulfilled, dispatched and delivered.

Be able to navigate complicated situations and difficult customers.

You would be responsible for maintaining and developing a customer portfolio, with a keen focus on account management in order to capitalise on customer relationships, follow up leads/ quotes and maximise the potential for growth of the business.

You will join a small but highly experienced team where there will be opportunities foradditional revenue streams to be created.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of sales experience Fluent / proficient English (written and verbal) - Proficient mathematics arithmetic (calculating job costings on quotes is essential - you will be expected to be comfortable working with numbers)

Highly computer literate. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience using Excel

- Strong customer service skills and experience - Strong communication skills
- Have valid driver’s license & own transport Advantageous:

- Experience in the vehicle branding industry & signage industry
- Outgoing & enjoy working with people

- Maintain and achieve agreed sales targets.

- Adhere to key performance indicators.

- Develop good product knowledge and commercial / industry awareness. - Oversee enquiries received (including logging enquiries, updating, amending, managing entries to reflect current status).

- Generate quotes and follow up quotes according to company policy in a timely manner.

- Plan and organise on a daily basis to ensure that all enquiries and quotes are properly logged ready for follow up, and that a weekly sales plan with priorities, goals and achievements can then be formulated.

- Liaise with design and production staff to ensure all quotes that have been accepted / orders are adhering to company protocol and delivered on schedule.

- Build a customer database.

- Maintain the customer relationship management system.

- Ensure that our product/service offering is maximised to existing customers and that cross selling is attempted.

- Assist with maintenance and further development of the sales and marketing plan, to develop the customer base.

- Contribute towards the continued development of sales/marketing literature.

- Assist external sales representative (s) with processing quotations and providing costs. Customer Service:
- Ensure the service provided to current customers is to a high standard.

- Develop a key account management concept for relevant customers and ensure that they are contacted on a regular basis.

- Provide advice and guidance to customers in the correct selection of products or services for their projects / needs.

- Assist in the process to obtain feedback on a regular basis (e.g quotes not accepted & reporting reasons to management) - Manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Respond promptly to customer enquires in accordance with company procedure.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.

- Build relationships with customers (keeping contact with existing and potential clients)

- Liaising with the production and design team at all times to ensure customers’ requirements and expectations are met.
