B-bbee Consultant

**Key Role Purpose**
- A Senior B-BBEE Consultant acts as a strategic advisor to different size companies in South Africa across all sectors, guiding them through the process of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) compliance and transformation. Their main goal is to help businesses improve their B-BBEE scorecard ratings and achieve their transformation objectives in the most cost-effective way._
- The Consultant achieve these objectives through drafting and/or customising a strategic B-BBEE plan with the client incorporating the customer’s needs to achieve maximum benefit._
- **Responsibilities**:_
**Client Management**:
- Understanding client needs and B-BBEE goals.
- Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proactive communication and collaboration.
**Strategic Guidance**:
- Analyzing B-BBEE data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Developing and implementing B-BBEE transformation plans.
- Advising on all aspects of B-BBEE legislation and best practices.
**Project Management**:
- Gather required document from clients through documented
- process to enable preliminary scores and action plans.
- Lead B-BBEE projects from inception to finish and ensure aligment with client and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Managing project risks and ensuring compliance.
- Daily updates of statistics and project progress.
**Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of B-BBEE codes and the legislative framework.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and legislative changes.
**Communication and Training**:
- Delivering presentations and workshops on B-BBEE requirements.
- Preparing comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations.
- Effectively communicating complex B-BBEE concepts to clients.
**Leadership**:
- Lead and manage a team comprising of a B-BBEE Analyst as well as a SDEE Consultant.
