_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS_Support Ignite in-house contact centres in organising people resources and monitoring daily workforce management to meet and exceed service level expectations and daily revenue targets in the debtors, retention, and mandate departments.
- Proactive; problem-solver attitude is crucial.
- General administration regarding activity management including liaising with customer service and other department heads.
- 3-5 years Experience in debtors and retention at a mid-management level
- Experience managing an in-house revenue.
- Previous experience in the health and fitness industry
- Formal or informal training in a call center environment
- Fluent in both written and verbal Afrikaans and English
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of call forecasting in a fast-paced industry
- Ability to prioritize own workload and deliver to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Experienced with Microsoft packages with the ability to learn new skills
- High levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail as well as good grammatical and spelling
- Able to work with global responsibility and accommodate working hours to support this
- Collaborate effectively with the leadership team and those business teams impacting customer demand to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports which support the delivery of extraordinary customer service and delivering on the desired targets.
- Deliver workforce planning tools nationally to support in-house call center operations.
- Build and lead the teams that are forced to be target-driven fitness operations
