Sales Administrator- Water Treatment

**Water Treatment Solutions company is seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated individual to join their team as Business Development, Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all administrative tasks related to water treatment product and service sales. Based in Cape Town region. Relevant Tertiary qualification and previous administration experience in water treatment industry required.**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of water treatment products and processes is a plus.

**Duties**:

- Sales Support: administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Telephonic calls to client and In Person visits to clients may also be required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in generating leads for new business opportunities.
- Order Processing: process sales orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Quotation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for water treatment products and services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales activities, and order statuses using the company's CRM system.
- Generate reports and analytics as needed to support sales forecasting and decision-making.
- Documentation and Compliance: ensure that all sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance forms, are properly executed and filed.
- Collaboration: work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other internal departments to coordinate efforts.
- Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as needed to support business objectives.
- Trade show participation, planning and physical exhibitions are part of the requirements.
- Ability & Willingness to travel for either client visits or trade shows etc. on a, as and when needed basis.
