Somatology Diploma

Cidesco, Itec or Saahsp

Min 3 - 5 years spa management experience

ESP knowledge

Excellent computer literacy

Strong leader

Target driven

Good administration and communication

**DUTIES**:
Staff meetings, schedules and commissions

Reports

Daily operations and training

Management and leadership of the spa team

Staff appraisals, disciplinary actions

Perform spa treatments

Reception and client liaison

Drive revenue and management of sales

Oversee stock take and orders

Accountable for Assistant Managers responsibilities

Promotions and marketing
