Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic support to our business units. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About You

  • You will have exposure to CoC / CoS processes, including Talent Management, Learning Development, Employee Relations, Compensation Benefits, and Recruitment / Resourcing.
  • You will be able to lead and manage change through the effective use of organisation design, development, and business transformation techniques.
  • You will have experience working in Industrial and employee/labour relations.
  • You will have success leading, coaching, and developing people in a high-performing team environment.
  • You will be able to effectively influence and coach leaders.
  • You will have experience leading people and projects.
  • You will have experience contributing to the creation, implementation, and execution of people strategies for a business, function, or unit.
  • You will have worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating.
  • You will have a range of experiences supporting different parts of the business to develop broad business acumen.
