Job Description:
We are looking for a Financial administrator join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career. In this role, you will be expected to compile invoices, debtors, creditors, and general administration.

Tasks
- Processing of purchase orders. - Petty Cash control.
- Record keeping of payments made and collected. - Prepare client account statements.
- Petty Cash control. - Processing of sales invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding payments. - Keep vendor database updated
- Prepare Management statements.
- Importing and reconciling of invoices / receipts on Xero accounting software.

What you'll bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic accounting
- Minimum Grade 12
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
- Good administrative skills
- Knowledge using Xero accounting software will be beneficial but not essential
- Proficient in word, excel, outlook
