Missions:

Assisting administration manager with day-to-day administration functionsGeneral office duties - filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing of documentsAnswering phone calls and message takingInvoicing / Credit Notes / Delivery Notes.Updating and maintaining customer's accounts detailsCoordinating with the dispatch department and couriersDealing with customer complaints, account queries and overdue accountsLiaise with suppliers and account managers to resolve inaccuracies in computing valuesTyping of correspondenceBanking and Petty Cash Maintain records of cash sales and follow up on payments and managing cash paymentsPurchasing - office supplies, cleaning materials and general factory purchasesSupporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
