Recruitment Administrator

**Introduction**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Follow the end to end recruitment process
- Draft advertisements for vacancies.
- Place adverts
- Coordinate/facilitate interviews. Coordinating diary times and scheduling interviews with relevant Operations Managers/Clients
- Ensure competency-based interview questions are posed as part of targeted selection process
- Provide daily reports and monthly reports, attend weekly recruitment reporting meetings on the status and turnaround times.

**Skills and Competencies**
- MS Office
- Social Media platforms i.e. Facebook
- HR generalist knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and focused
- Excellent reporting skills
- Strong interviewing skills.
- Experience working on various recruitment platforms such as Pnet, Indeed, LinkedIn, monitor ATS and update ATS.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruiter in a BPO.
