An Umhlanga based company has a position available for an Executive Assistant/P.A. to the Life Broker.

**Responsibilities**:
**Personal Assistant to Life Broker**
- To provide full secretarial and administrative assistance services to the Broker and Admin manager
- Manage diary and client appointments
- Prepare appointment file packs
- Keep updated registers of all processes
- Provide feedback regarding submitted cases
- Responsible for compliance checks and implementation on files
- Liaise closely with Admin team to ensure that files and registers are completed and submitted
- Client Queries
- Claims Management
**Perform General Office Administration**:
- Collects and analyses relevant information to compile reports
- Ensures all documents, corporate files and filing are always up to date and filed systematically so that information is readily accessible to relevant persons
- Answering calls and relaying messages
- Maintains updates and archives files in a structured and confidential manner and in line with due diligence, record keeping and standards
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain an updated query register on all transactions
- Maintain client and company confidentiality
- Ensures relevant information is always kept confidential according to legislative requirements noted in the POPI act, FICA and FAIS
- Liaise with the relevant consultants to ensure E-filing is maintained
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
