Senior Recruiter - Full Desk Role at Big League Talent Connection

- Build Your ‘Business’ Inside Our Business: We work with construction and AEC industry leaders across the U.S. As a full-desk recruiter, you'll have the autonomy and hands-on guidance to create and grow your own 'business' under our umbrella, without the headache of running your own business. You'll be a key player in the growth of our company, which has doubled in size annually and is continuing its rapid growth trajectory.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: This base salary+commission-based role offers an earning potential between $100k - $200k+ in your first year. It is commission heavy, with a base between $1,000 - $1,500 per month

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for assigned roles, with a keen focus on prioritizing them according to their impact on our business.
- Alongside working in the trenches with our CEO to develop new business, we will equip you to be the force behind generating new business opportunities for Big League Talent Connection, contributing to both our aggressive growth goals and your own professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws, safeguarding our high standards and integrity.
- Continually evaluate and refine our recruiting approaches, ensuring we tackle each challenge with proactive, effective solutions.
