**Summary Description**

We are looking for an exceptionally experienced administrative individual to join our team. Administration services to support the smooth function of our business.

The ideal individual has excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse group of people at all levels and is extremely detailed orientated. They should be motivated, ambitious, energetic, and self-driven individuals. Acceptable applicants must have experience in the property industry/ law firm admin/ bond origination firm/Clerk.

**Job Tasks (not limited to)**
- Contract administration and filling
- Utilities, capturing and loading on inception.
- Resolve body corporate queries with clients until conclusion.
- Liaising with caretakers
- Liasing with trustees if required.
- Manage municipal queries etc.
- Perform credit qualification.
- Liasing with owner on credit approval and receive acceptance from owner.
- Perform employment confirmation.
- Tenant must then pay a securement deposit for the lease preparation.
- Draft and manage leasing documents to conclusion.
- Shares finalize leases to both parties, and load leasing pack to propworx.
- Make sure all proof of payments and signed documents are filed.
- Accurately Load the file on propworx, including the terms and both the tenant and owners Information.
- Deactivate and managing files and managing termination.
- Prepare payment report for the agents.
- Make sure that there are inspection reports and filed on propworx.
- Maintenance reports should be received and managed by administration.
- Communicate maintenance responsibility.
- Renewal management and term change on the system
- Termination management
- Deposit refund management
- Storeroom and Filing management, current and old leases.
- Property listing advertising on company website, publishing and deactivating listing.
- Manage all social media property advertising and video.

**Remuneration**

R6000 Basic plus Commission

**Salary**: R6 000,00 per month
