**Position**:Dispatch & Installation Supervisor**
**Reports to**: **Operations Manager**
**Position Summary**:
As a Dispatch/Installation Supervisor in our retail fit-out and manufacturing company, you will oversee the efficient dispatch, installation, and stock control operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services to our clients. You will play a critical role in managing inventory levels, coordinating installation teams, and maintaining accurate records of stock movements.

- Valid driver's license
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Dispatch and Installation Coordination**:
- Supervise the dispatch of products to various installation sites, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate installation schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Communicate with installation teams to provide clear instructions and support.
- **Stock Control and Inventory Management**:
- Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory management best practices to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that products are dispatched and installed according to quality standards and client specifications.
- Conduct inspections of installed products to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch and installation teams.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, installation schedules, and stock movements.
- Generate reports on stock levels, installation progress, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators and operational issues.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in dispatch, installation, and stock control operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficiency enhancements and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in dispatch, installation coordination, and stock control, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills..
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Drive.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
