To develop and oversee the implementation of organisational development solutions in support of HR’s strategic objectives.
Detailed Description
To develop function-specific policies, frameworks, standards, guidelines and tools in the areas of psychometric assessments, career management and organisational design.
- To drive and guide the implementation of function specific frameworks, standards, processes, guideline and tools through Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP’s).
- To lead the definition, design, development and implementation of organizational structures and job architectures in line with the strategy of the SARB.
- To develop and maintain the processes and rules for job creation, organizational structure design and organizational change process.
- To oversee and guide the implementation of SARB’s assessment framework in line with the business requirements.
- To i ntegrate assessments insights into the SARB’s talent management approach: readiness levels, development plans.
- To provide professional assessment advice and support to the business and HRBP’s on matters pertaining to psychometric assessments.
- To take responsibility for c ompetency management within the SARB ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration into the human resources value chain (recruitment, development, succession management, etc.
- To manage key service providers relationships, and monitor performance against SLA and project objectives.
- To provide function specific reports and provide relevant insights based on career management and psychometric assessment data in support of strategic decision-making processes.
- To manage financial aspects of the project against budgets, analyse and report variances, and initiate corrective measures.
Job Requirements
A minimum of a four-year qualification in Psychology/Psychometry;
- Valid registration with HPCSA is essential
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Organisational Development with at least three (3) years in a project leadership role
