Role Purpose

Provide administrative support to the Wellness Business Development team in the coordination and execution of Tender campaigns and plans, in support of the Wellness new business strategy.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Relevant product training
- 2-4 years experience in business development/ tender administration
- 2-3 years' relevant experience in marketing or related field
Duties & Responsibilities

INTERNAL PROCESS
- Collaborate with and support the Wellness Business Development team to execute the Wellness new business strategy and enable sales growth.
- Provide administrative support to the Wellness Business Developmen team to ensure efficient function of the team.
- Coordinate the production of various Wellness Business Developmen collateral for print, digital and other media in association with service providers.
- Maintain marketing databases with relevant information, for ease and efficiency of use within the Wellness Business Developmen team.
- Create and compile marketing reports to report on effectiveness, impact and outcomes of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Assist with the management of relevant social media platforms and coordinate tender content.
- Assist with the management of ongoing tender campaigns and plans, while ensuring that every initiative is aimed at increasing brand awareness.
- Schedule tender presentations and campaigns, maintaining an annual marketing project calendar, in line with specified deadlines.
- Provide assistance with the execution marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget and report on expenses and spend.
- Assist with the quality checking of tender material to ensure alignment to brief and business development plan and maintain promotional materials inventory, where necessary.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to support future campaigns and partnerships.

CLIENT

- Deliver on service level agreements made with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
