Enabling an entire department in the following categories:
**Travel**:

- Invitation and permission letters,
- Submit trip requests

**Health and Safety**:

- Coordinate H&S daily, monthly & periodical operations and report irregularities
- Medical Surveillance steering (compliance, reminders).

**Facilities Management**:

- Reporting issues, complaints, incidents (HVAC, power, water leaks, etc).

**On & Off boarding**:

- Onboarding preparations (EUDs, welcome packs).
- Onboarding first day: Welcome, assistance of individuals struggling with generic onboarding topics.
- Onboarding ongoing support.
- Post onboarding activities resolve queries from new joiners, complete onboarding check lists, basic training / assistance.

**Pipeline administration**:

- Align pipeline after re-org instances, maintain data when customers are changed / added

**Administration - Customer portal**
- Offer administration end-to-end.
- Initiate offers on the Customer Portal, creates offers on PCAS
- Quality Assurance of offers, preparation of offer estimates & documentation.
- Perform offer administration (resources, fixed costs, travel).

**Financial administration & support**:

- Financial reporting & support (monthly actuals vs. planned, product-specific per offer).
- Budget transfers & follow up.
- Financial analysis & corrections (headcount transfers, planned to actual rates updates, etc.).
- Supports Line Managers with Finance Dashboard (deviation resolutions, product actuals i.e. placement fees, training, travel, etc.).
- Supports Finance Team with financial forecasts (quarterly, re-aligning, actuals outstanding).

**Inter-department collaboration and support**:

- Actively engage and participate in Business Enabling CoE.
- Stand-in as and when required for Business Enabling Specialists in other Main Depts.

**ISO 9001 compliance activities product & financial focus**

**Required skills & qualifications**:
3-year tertiary qualification in Business Administration / Project Management / Finance or relevant similar qualification.

**Computer Literacy**:

- Full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams on an ADVANCED level
- JIRA and Confluence - advanced
