- Achievement of sales targets, call rates, coverage and targeted frequency of set customers.
- Focused customer service including training and advising authorization staff.
- Product & industry knowledge
- Effective administration & cost management
- Territory Management and congress attendance.
- Collaboration with hospital and state teams.

**Role Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years Oncology, Haematology and Urology experience with consistent track record.
- Tertiary Qualification in Science/ Sales and Marketing or Business
- Existing relationships with key oncology, haematology and urologists would be an advantage.
- Product portfolio experience highly advantageous particularly urology, oncology, and haematology.
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Must reside in Territory
