**Responsibilities**
- Manage the dialer platform and ensure its smooth operation
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates, response rates, connect rates) and make adjustments as needed to ensure campaign success
- Work collaboratively with internal departments (e.g. marketing, sales, customer support) to understand campaign goals and ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to outbound calls and data privacy
- Continuously evaluate and improve department processes and procedures to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Minimum)
- A prior experience on Aspect Dialer will be an added benefit
- Proven experience as a Dialer Manager or similar role, preferably in the sales or customer service industry
- In-depth knowledge of dialer operations and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to outbound calls and data privacy
