The Dialer Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the dialler campaign setup, implementing best practice management of dialler functions, real-time monitoring, providing analytic reports and performing data analysis on campaigns for trends.

The Dialer Administrator is required to act as the first liaison of support for downtime and issues experienced by business clients.
- ViciDial Dialer Administration - Minimum 3 years of experience.
- IT Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- System knowledge of Opengate and Avaya will be an advantage.
- Proficient at MS Excel.
- Able to query data using SQL Server.
- Ability to write reports using SQL Server.
- Possesses good analytical skills.
- Excellent reporting skills on data.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within a team dynamic, as well ability to work independently.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including Saturday and public holiday rotation.
- Experience of presenting information to management will be an advantage
