Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Dialer Manager based at their Call Centre in Durban. The purpose of this role is to manage Data and Dialer Mangement systems to enhance and improve the efficiency and decision-making processes by collecting, analyzing, and reporting of data to the business.

Matric with a relevant NQF Level 5 qualification is required as is 3-5 years’ direct experience at Dialer Management level in a contact center environment. Knowledge of Genisis Dialer, Power BI and Advanced MS Excel is essential. Data analysis and staff management skills are not negotiable.
